Then Dataverse: tables, columns, and relationships; forms and views; business logic including Power Fx; and using AI to create tables and columns.
- Week 3 · Power Apps and Power Automate. Canvas apps vs model-driven apps vs code apps vs Plan designer, and using AI/Copilot to build apps. Then Power Automate: cloud flows (automated, instant, scheduled triggers) vs desktop flows (RPA); approvals and use cases with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Forms; connector triggers and actions; and using AI to build flows.
- Week 4 · Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Building agents — topics (conversation paths), knowledge sources, tools (agent flows and MCP servers), and channels (where an agent is published). Managing agents — Microsoft Agent 365, monitoring usage and adoption, and agent evaluations.
