Cancellation & Billing Policy

Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, no future auto-renew charges will be made.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellation can be requested at any time from account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only (it does not immediately terminate access).
- You keep Pro access until your current billing period ends.
2. Refund Policy
We generally do not provide refunds for standard subscription cancellation or unused time in an active billing period.
Refunds may be considered for exceptional billing cases, including:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors caused by payment processing
- Other exceptional cases reviewed by support
