3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

PasslyExam offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Limited daily questions, one certification
• Single Cert: One-time purchase ($2.99) for 30 days access to a specific certification
• Pro Subscription: Monthly subscription ($7.99/month) for unlimited access to all certifications

Payment terms:

• Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
• Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Single Cert purchases expire after 30 days and can be renewed at a discounted rate ($1.99)
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at period end (no future auto-renew charges). See our Cancellation & Billing Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content

Single Session Policy: For security and to prevent account sharing, only one active session is allowed per account at a time. Logging in from a new device will automatically log out any previous sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PasslyExam, including questions, explanations, and study materials, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

PasslyExam is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or any certification body. Certification names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing any certification exam. Study outcomes depend on individual effort and preparation.
